About Culinary Trail
Mharokhet’s guests can anticipate an unforgettable culinary adventure, we take the hyperlocal, seasonal approach to the next level, bringing the table-to-the-farm – more than 90% of the produce used is harvested fresh from our farm itself, having just seen soil & sun and never a refrigerated truck! The culinary trail is a dining experience that consists of a 7-course, pre-plated, plant-forward meal, which is an amalgam of art, freshness and flavour.
We strive to make the culinary trail zero waste, by using as many parts of the plant as possible and equally by composting all the leftovers and putting them back in the soil. This is a small way of giving back to nature what it has given to us.

Advisory
You will be in the fields of a working farm in the Thar desert, please dress accordingly and remember to wear comfortable shoes. The sun is usually always out and we recommend you bring a hat or sunglasses as needed. For our sundowners, guests tend to dress up a little, but jeans and casual attire are not out of place.
Our culinary experiences are best suited for flexible, adventurous eaters! Our food champions plants and is vegetarian (no fish/meat/eggs). We can accommodate limited dietary requests, these include dairy free /gluten-free/nut free/vegan. Please mention the same whilst making the booking to ensure that suitable arrangements are made for you.
Timings
Winter Season [Nov – Dec – Jan – Feb]
Lunch -12:45 to 3 PM
Sundowner - 5:15 to 7:30 PM
Shoulder Season [Oct, Mar – Apr]
Sundowner - 5:45 to 8 PM
Guests are requested to arrive the farm punctually, since the experience will begin on indicated times.
We are located about 25 kms/40 mins away from Jodhpur city, and could also arrange to & fro travel for you via our travel partners (at an additional cost).
Charges
INR 3,500 per person inclusive of taxes
Children below 5 years are welcome without charge, and are requested to share the meal with an accompanying adult.
Children aged 5–11 years can avail a 4-course meal at a reduced price.
