In this open-to-sky dining, nestled within a guava orchard, we explore a nine course culinary journey that celebrates the different stages of life.

 

A carefully crafted narrative of plant-forward flavours and textures – from the playful wonder of childhood, to the nightcap of eternity. At Paeru, every dish is a chapter, every flavour a memory.

We are cuisine agnostic, borrowing inspiration from regional and world food, with a core focus on making produce from the fields shine.

 

Paeru is a blind menu experience – you discover the menu when you come to dine. We can accommodate all dietary requirements such as dairy free, gluten free, nut allergies, vegan etc.
