Mharo Khet is a celebration of India – food, design and art. For us, only local can be truly sustainable. We place a strong emphasis on building a circular economy. Be it the materials used, or the artforms showcased.
As you walk around, you’ll notice little details - a sholapith artwork from Bengal, wooden toys from Channapatna, raffia palm fibre lamps, block printed textiles – the best of art and design from across the country.
Traditional. Contemporary. Indian. Rooted. We’re all of this. And, we’re none of this. We are not trendy, neither are we classic.
relax, rejuvenate and refresh, amidst nature
Every season at Mharo Khet is a different experience. At the farm, you will notice little treasures everywhere you look.
In the summers, the rohida trees are in full bloom, with their dainty petals scattered on the soil below. You might even catch a glimpse of the spotted owlets that live in our khejri tree. In the winter months, our beautiful amla trees have branches heavy with fruit. And in the monsoons, the painted grasshoppers make their brief annual appearance.
Our cottages are the perfect way to unwind and soak in the surroundings. And our dining experiences are a celebration of farm fresh produce.
We invite you to explore the different parts of the farm – orchards, fields, dining spaces and cottages. The view changes every hour, every day.
